Public Relations
VCSAR 3 goes out into the community to make SAR presentations, conduct preventive SAR training, and compete in compitions.
La Conchita and Water Rescue Awards
In January 2005 there was widespread flooding and the massive La Conchita mudslide that took 10 lives. VCSAR 3 made many rescues during this period. The team and individual members were recongnized for their achivements.
